Each PTW unit is just 500mm long, allowing for quick transport and installation, even in space-constrained or difficult environments. By placing a PTW unit beneath every axle, the system minimises the influence of uneven track conditions. This ensures accurate, repeatable weight measurements across the entire consist.
The system also integrates effortlessly with our train weighing software, displaying real-time weight data for every axle directly on your laptop. Whether you’re conducting inspections, acceptance tests or maintenance checks this capability enables confident, data-driven decisions.
